The Château de Prangins is accessible to people with limited mobility via the west entrance.

An intercom system allows you to contact the museum reception to remove the bollards that prevent access to the parking space reserved for people with reduced mobility or directly to the courtyard of the castle where it is also possible to park. There is a parking space reserved for blue badge holders.

• The museum and the Café du Château are accessible via a ramp.
• All floors of the museum are served with an elevator.
• Adapted toilets are available in the basement of the castle and the Café du Château.
• The reception desk is low and accessible for persons with reduced mobility.
• All exhibition halls are accessible for persons with reduced mobility with the exception of:
  • Exhibition Let the Journey Begin!- funicular room, access by stairs
  • Exhibition Noblesse oblige! - model room, access by stairs
• With the exception of the Salle du Potager (access by stairs), all meeting rooms are accessible for people with reduced mobility.
• Folding seats are available for visitors and there are several places to sit.

For people with reduced mobility, the Museum has two wheelchairs available for use during your visit. Please make a reservation with the Welcome Desk by telephone.

If you are unable or unwilling to travel, we offer online tours. A video conference link will allow you to visit our exhibitions with a cultural mediator at a specific time. A 45-minute themed tour with a live question and answer session to be enjoyed as a group.
